Guided meeting
Co-validated opening, roll call, fines, social fund, shares, loans and cash box: every step in order, with big buttons.
Akiba replaces paper passbooks without changing your rules: shares, loans, social fund, fines and share-out are calculated automatically, meeting after meeting — even without network.

Designed with and for AVECs: their rules, their meetings and their languages, on a simple phone, even without network.
Akiba faithfully mirrors the meeting, the passbook and the cash box. The group keeps control of its rules; the tool applies them without mistakes.
Co-validated opening, roll call, fines, social fund, shares, loans and cash box: every step in order, with big buttons.
1 to 5 shares per member and meeting, double count, cumulative savings updated at once.
Ceiling, interest, due date and arrears calculated automatically; a repaid loan closes by itself.
Contributions and emergency grants tracked apart, never mixed with the loan fund.
The expected balance is compared with the count; any gap is flagged and justified before closing.
Share-out in proportion to shares, an individual statement for every member, a new cycle in one step.
Collections and payouts through DRC aggregators; cash always remains possible.
Savings, outstanding loans, portfolio at risk, attendance: support teams follow the groups in real time.
Mature AVECs are identified and, with their consent, introduced to banks and microfinance institutions.

Akiba follows the meeting order the group already knows, whether members meet in person or on a group call on WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom. Remote members pay their share by Mobile Money, and sensitive steps are still approved by several officers.
The field agent registers the group and its constitution, enrols the members and has the committee elected.
On the phone, even without network: attendance, shares, loans and cash box are recorded step by step.
As soon as the network is back, operations go to the server, which recalculates everything and is authoritative.
Everyone checks their passbook; at the end of the cycle, the share-out is calculated automatically.

Every member sees what is recorded in their name: shares, savings, loans and fines. It is the public reading of the passbook, made digital.

A member cannot come, or the meeting is held online? The committee sends them a payment request: shares, social fund, fine or repayment, with amounts calculated from the group's rules. The member confirms on their phone, and the operation only enters the meeting once the operator has confirmed the payment.
Opening, payout, reconciliation and closing require several separate validations.
After closing, any correction is a new transaction, dated and traced.
Encrypted database on the phone, PIN and fingerprint, HTTPS exchanges.
No data is shared with a financial partner without the group's agreement.
No. The meeting runs entirely offline; data is sent automatically as soon as the network is back.
